Anna Fedorova

Anna Fedorova is a news presenter for RT.

She was in the studio during the Japan G8 summit in July 2008 and during the events in South Ossetia in August 2008.

Anna presented live coverage of Patriarch Aleksy II’s funeral service as well as the gas dispute between Russia, Ukraine and the EU in January 2009. She says that her focus during such major events has always been to break concrete and up-to-date news stories to her viewers.

Before taking up her current post in February 2008, Anna presented entertainment news for the channel and worked as a correspondent, reporting on various artistic and cultural events, including the Art Biennale exhibition in Venice.

Anna has been with RT since its launch in 2005. Before that, she spent her childhood in Australia before graduating from the International University of Moscow where she majored in Linguistics and International Communications.

When she is not in the studio, Anna nurtures her passion for visual arts and music.
