Dear Sir,

You have lately visited Bosnia and Herzegovina. Would it be possible to make a population survey on how many Russian citizens are present in Bosnia? Could the Russian embassy get in touch with them and explain them their rights as Russian citizens on the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina and what embassy services they are able to use (e.g. education; a Russian school exists in Belgrade but not in Sarajevo; why?). My relatives spent more than 25 years in the country. Nobody has ever contacted us from the embassy and offered help. That stays for the war times when a mere offer of safe spot inside territory of the embassy remained a dream.
