“Saakashvili should negotiate”

President Saakashvili doesn’t necessarily have to resign, even despite the major opposition protests in Georgia according to Roland Oliphant, political analyst from the Russia Profile magazine.

“But a lot now depends on how well he can negotiate,” said Oliphant, commenting on the recent events in the Caucasian state and their possible consequences.
