Klar Fish
Ingredients
- Fish fillet (only white fish will do)
- 2 ounces olive oil
- 2 eggs
- 3 ounces of light beer
- Salt
- Spices of your choosing
- 3-4 full table spoons of flour
Cooking:
Whisk well the olive oil, separated egg yokes, beer (see, it’s a lot less than a bottle, so you have something to do while the fish is on the frying-pan), salt, spices, and flour. Then you whisk even better the egg whites into foam, and add them to the dough. Whisk again.
Cut the fish into pieces – 4 by 4 inches is good to go. Dip the fish into the dough and put it into boiling-hot oil in a frying-pan. You’ll need quite a lot of oil, by the way.
