Pot Soup
Ingredients
- 4 small clay cooking pots or 1 big pot, if you have one
- Meat of any kind
- Veggies and spices of your choosing

This is not an exact recipe, but an idea for a marvelous soup that’s easily done and fast eaten, since it tastes like heaven.
Just add some olive or veggie oil to the pot, then put the meat, cut into small pieces, on to the bottom and put the pot into the hot oven for 1 hour. After that add your selection of chopped veggies and herbs and pour extremely hot water over it. Put the lid on the pot and place in the oven for at least 30 more minutes.
