Ingredients

  • 1 boiled beetroot
  • 4 boiled potatoes
  • 1 big boiled carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 2-3 pickled cucumbers (Russian size, not those ridiculous French cornichones!)
  • 1 can of green peas
  • Dill, parsley, celery, salt, vegetable oil

Cooking

Yep, cut those veggies into small cubes, add a lot of herbs, salt it and season with vegetable oil. Done. Some people, though, also add canned beans or pickled cabbages.
