Ingredients
- 1 boiled beetroot
- 4 boiled potatoes
- 1 big boiled carrot
- 1 onion
- 2-3 pickled cucumbers (Russian size, not those ridiculous French cornichones!)
- 1 can of green peas
- Dill, parsley, celery, salt, vegetable oil
Cooking
Yep, cut those veggies into small cubes, add a lot of herbs, salt it and season with vegetable oil. Done. Some people, though, also add canned beans or pickled cabbages.
