Russia's Prime Minister Vladimir Putin has become a president again – this time as an honorary head of the International Judo Federation. He was awarded the title before the opening of the Judo World Supercup, which is taking place in Moscow this weekend.

Putin, who holds a black belt in the martial art, says he'll carry on trying to make it more popular in Russia.

He says its principles could help make society more tolerant.

The International Judo Federation brings together 200 sports associations from across the world.
